THE FULL REMOTE MODEL
The full-remote model is our most cost effective project management solution. Using cloud-based tools, we will manage your project using industry standard tools and best practices without the expense of an on-site resource. Click here to read about the benefits of remote project management.
For those customers who would be more comfortable with some on-site presence, the OnDemand semi-remote model uses the same approach as the full-remote model, but offers you the option of having a scheduled on-site presence when desired. This on-site presence can be as little or as much as you need.

THE PARTIAL REMOTE MODEL
The partial-remote model is a hybrid solution offering the savings of a remote model , but with the benefit of an on-site presence when you need physical Project Management visibility . Whether it's a milestone event, an important meeting or a "touch-base" visit, an on-site visit can be scheduled or ad-hoc depending upon your needs requirements.
Our partial-remote model uses the same tools and approach as our full-remote model, ensuring the management of your project maintains the high quality you demand.
TRADITIONAL MODEL
Perhaps the Remote or a la carte options are not right for your organization. In these cases, we offer our client partners the option of selecting our Traditional Service Model Package.
The Traditional Model includes all of the industry standard project management tools and techniques for running your project with the additional bonus of having a full-time, on-site presence to manage your project on a day-to-day basis.
